Subscribing to the Program

  1. Click on download and then “download for windows” or “download for mac” and then “save”
  2. Now click on ‘Subscribe’ at the top of the page and then click on the ‘Subscribe’ button in the middle of the screen – then follow instructions to register through PayPal.
  3. Once you complete your subscription, you will receive an email (sent to the address used in PayPal) from support@reliableretirementincome.com with an activation serial number – you will need this code to activate the software.

Installing the Program

  1. Locate the RRiMSetup.exe (windows) or RRiMSetup.zip(Mac) and double click the icon to begin installation
  2. Follow on screen installation instructions and finish the installation (once installation is successful, you can delete the RRiMSetup.exe file)

Activating the Program

  1. Double Click the ‘RRiM’ icon on your desktop to launch the program
  2. When prompted, enter your serial number and other requested information to activate the subscription
